For this project, Aaron FM’s engineering team delivered:

• Replacement of existing fencing to the whole scheme – 891 linear metres of new fencing to enhance site security and boundary definition
• Replacement of existing timber fascias and soffits to properties where required with durable uPVC alternatives – 566 linear metres, improving weather protection and reducing future maintenance requirements
• Complete replacement of all guttering and downspouts across the scheme, ensuring effective rainwater management and protecting the building fabric from water damage

The works were completed within a 28-day programme, delivering a comprehensive upgrade that enhanced the appearance, security, and weather resilience of the properties.
